OUR TEAM
Meet the experts behind our company

Brian joined the Betts Team in June of 2021 after 36 years in Supermarket Management he moved away from the corporate world to enjoy working for a family owned business in the city he grew up in. Helping our customers to solve their problems from his diverse experience from maintaining rental homes, working in food retail, working on cars or helping a neighbor with a tractor or bulldozer. When not carrying pipes around at work he can be found at home swinging a maul splitting wood or taking his Mustang Boss 302 out for a ride usually to one of his son's sporting events. There is also a very sweet side to Brian with his maple syrup that he boils in the spring, and yes it is delicious!
This is us....

Knock, Knock...Who is there? It's Eric the plumber who has been fixing leaks since 2005. Tired of swinging a wrench, he joined us in 2017. His years of experience on large commercial jobs and small service calls, gives him a perspective and understand for all customers. When Eric is not solving problems, he is exploring the back roads of New England.

Kim’s commitment to uplifting others is displayed through her roles in many organizations including: Girl Scouts, Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, ACWD, IMARK Plumbing, Home Builders and Remodelers of Western MA, American Supply Association and its Woman in Industry Group. Outside -- and sometimes inside -- the office, Kim enjoys her hobby farm, and any activity that brings her close to water.
